Virtual Currency & Optional Purchases Policy
Applies to auroraluckparlor.com and related apps/services operated by Aurora Luck Parlor LLC (NZ).
1) Virtual currency, points, and digital items
Our Services may include virtual currency (e.g., “coins”), points, credits, or digital items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are licensed for use only within the Services.
- No cash value. Virtual Items are not redeemable for money, refunds, or any real-world goods outside the Services (except where required by law).
- No property right. You do not own Virtual Items; you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license.
- No transfers. Virtual Items cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged outside features we explicitly provide.
- Availability. Virtual Items may be modified, suspended, or removed, and may be forfeited if your account is closed or access is terminated (subject to applicable law).
2) Optional purchases and subscriptions
We may offer optional purchases (one-time) and/or subscriptions that provide Virtual Items or other in-service benefits. Participation is optional; you can use the Services without purchasing.
- Pricing & taxes: Prices are shown at checkout. Sales tax may apply where required.
- Charges: By confirming a purchase, you authorize us (and/or our payment processor/platform) to charge your selected payment method.
- Subscriptions: If offered, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Renewal timing and the recurring price will be disclosed before you subscribe.
- Third-party platforms: If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, their payment, billing, and refund rules may apply in addition to this Policy.
3) Odds, progression, and randomized items (if offered)
If we offer randomized Virtual Items (e.g., packs, mystery boxes, loot-style drops), outcomes are determined by in-service logic and chance elements may be involved. Where required, we will disclose odds or probability ranges in the purchase flow or feature UI. Progression rates, cooldowns, and reward structures may change over time for balancing and compliance purposes.
4) Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues
- All sales: Except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable once delivered.
- Platform purchases: For App Store/Google Play purchases, request refunds/cancellations through the platform account and follow their procedures.
- Subscription cancellation: You can cancel renewal anytime through the same storefront/account used to subscribe; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Unauthorized charges: Contact us promptly. We may ask for transaction details and investigate. Reversals/chargebacks may result in loss of access, removal of credited Virtual Items, or account restrictions where permitted.
5) Age and parental controls
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, or have permission and supervision from a parent/legal guardian who is responsible for the charges. We encourage parents to use device-level parental controls and password protections to prevent unauthorized purchases.
6) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on auroraluckparlor.com with a new effective date where appropriate.
